Product Display and Display Colors-RockStar Dogs site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with RockStar Dogs or purchasing RockStar Dogs products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with RockStar Dogs or to purchase RockStar Dogs products. ERRORS ON OUR SITE
Prices and availability of products and merchandise are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and RockStar Dogs reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RockStar Dogs will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Online prices, offers and selection may vary from items offered at events, fundraiser and similar and are subject to change.

RETURN POLICY – PET APPAREL, PET BEDS, COLLARS, STROLLERS, CARRIERS, BREED SPECIFIC
Conditions for returns/exchanges:
• All items must be returned in a new, unworn, unopened and unwashed condition and pet hair and smoke free. All original tags and accessories, accents, embellishments, etc. must still be attached.
• If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of the original shipment date. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping or by recipient.
Upon inspection of the item/s, any pet odors, dog hair found and removal of original tags, a refund will not be granted by RockStar Dogs.
RockStar Dogs does not accept items back for refunds – only exchanges. There are 3 reasons why we will accept an exchange:
1. The size of the item shipped does not match the invoice
2. The wrong item was shipped
3. The item was defective
If we shipped you a defective item, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item in order to qualify for an exchange. If you do not provide us with proper notification within the allotted timeframe, we will not authorize your exchange. We do not refund shipping costs on exchanges unless we made a processing error. If we do make an error, we will refund your shipping costs up to $9.99 USD. All returns for exchanges are to be packed in the original packaging we shipped the items to you if available. Please include the original invoice (photocopy is ok) with the reason for exchange written on the invoice. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package has been received and is processed you will be notified via email when it’s shipped back to you. You are responsible for any shipping costs back to us including insurance. Custom items are not refundable. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing your item at email@example.com
Please follow our return guidelines shown above when returning your product for exchange. Please note on the packing slip the item you are exchanging, the desired item, and the reason for exchange. For best results, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may assist you in getting the correct size or item. Our stock changes frequently, contacting us prior to your exchange is the best way to insure we have your desired exchange item in stock.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery date.
• The customer pays for shipping of the exchange back to our warehouse.
• We are not responsible for loss/damage in shipment. Please insure your items.
• Exchanges are shipped back to the customer using ground shipment.
• Shipment of your exchanged merchandise from our warehouse is paid by you unless we made a processing error.
• Exchanged items are subject to a processing fee varying from 10%-30% depending on the item.

RETURN POLICY – CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom Items are considered specialty items and all sales are final. Please be sure to email us at email@example.com with any questions you may have prior to your purchase.
Once shipped, Custom Item orders can not be cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged.
Custom Items order cancellation prior to shipping:
• 10% restocking fee for orders that have not gone into production
• 30% re-marketing fee for orders that have gone into production
• 50% re-marketing fee if the order is ready to ship but has not left the the warehouse
To cancel a Custom Item order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number.
Once shipped, Custom Item orders refused by the recipient, sent back after receiving, are not available for a monetary refund and will only be credited in the form of a RockStar Dogs Credit up to 30% of the product cost once the order arrives back at our warehouse. Shipping costs will not be credited on completed and shipped Custom Item orders. If you would like the order shipped back to you, shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient for any refused or unclaimed order.
RETURN POLICY ABUSE
RockStar Dogs reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that abuses our return policy.
Orders ship from RockStar Dogs/NV or third party suppliers.. All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to RockStar Dogs shipping policies. We will process your order once payment is received. Custom Item orders take on an average 2-4 weeks to ship out. If you have an important event and need your item rushed please contact us at email@example.com to make sure we can meet your date. All custom items must be pre-paid in full before any work is begun.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you require special services such as faster shipping method, signature upon delivery, insurance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order to make payment arrangements for those services.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Orders for in stock items usually ship in 2-3 business days. When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the package to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available. Please be sure that you correctly type your email when signing up for an account or placing your order.
Keep in mind that shipper service guarantee are suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to any shipping delays along the package route. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package does not arrive or is delivered to another address due to customer mistyping their own information upon ordering.
We may not be able to ship to hotels, some mail forwarders and/or PO boxes depending on the location or if there are known issues with the location. Shipping may not be available to all locations.
Rockstar Dogs ships via USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS and FedEx. If you concerned about shipping times, please email email@example.com prior to placing your order to organize shipping.
USPS Priority Mail is insured (up to $50) and trackable. Priority mail can take up to 3-5 business days, in the US, once shipped. USPS does not guarantee delivery times. USPS Priority Mail 1-day, 2-day and 3-day are service names and do not dictate transit time or delivery time. It is a transit time estimate for when the package reaches the post office. RockStar Dogs reserves the right to chose shipper, some are determined based on third party suppliers and can not be changed unless specific requests and enquiries are made prior to placing order.
All of the quoted transit times are in business days, and do not include weekends, US holidays, etc.
Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited. Users may not modify, remove, delete, augment, or in any way change the content of the RockStar Dogs web site. Content included on or comprising the RockStar Dogs site including information, data, software, photographs, typefaces, sounds and other material is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The RockStar Dogs web site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The owner of RockStar Dogs cannot warrant that use of the RockStar Dogs site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Every effort is made to be sure the content of the RockStar Dogs web site is accurate and complete. However, the owner of RockStar Dogs do not warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided. No oral advice or written information given by RockStar Dogs or its Associates shall create a warranty. Under no circumstances shall the owner of RockStar Dogs or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the RockStar Dogs site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the RockStar Dogs site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. USERS AGE 13 OR UNDER
The RockStar Dogs site is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. Children under the age of 13 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site. RockStar Dogs is concerned about the safety of our children when they use the internet. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently we accept PayPal.
VALIDATING YOUR ORDER
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and shipping address.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. RockStar Dogs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
POLICY ABUSE/SOCIAL MEDIA ABUSE/BULLYING
RockStar Dogs reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that abuses any of these terms. RockStar Dogs reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that bullies or abuses RockStar Dogs, our employees, dealers, artists, customers, affiliates, sponsors, etc. on social media, via email, via phone or any other public website. RockStar Dogs reserves the right to refuse service to any customer that uses online reviews or posts as a form of extortion or slander.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RockStar Dogs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, RockStar Dogs may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with RockStar Dogs, RockStar Dogs has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of RockStar Dogs. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, RockStar Dogs seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
